How long does shipping take?

We do not keep a fully stocked warehouse so that we can offer you the exact size, color and style of any of our designs.  So we are producing your items after you place the order.   Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.   This allows us to offer a lot of variety while keeping overhead low.

ShineOn Jewelry orders: These pendants are hand made for each individual order.  Hand crafting can take up to 6 weeks before your pendant is ready to ship.  Time may be longer during high volume holidays.  

What is your Return Policy?

Because our items are custom ordered based on your needs, we do not offer returns as we would not resell it.  And shipping back and forth is quite costly.  Please read the size charts carefully.  If an item is defective, just let us know by email and we will always make it right.   (scroll down to see our full returns policy)

Can I talk to someone by phone?

There is really no problem we can't solve over email.  We're a small business and not able to provide phone support on most occasions.   Please email us and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Where do the proceeds go?

This store is operated by 24-7 COMMITMENT, a federally approved 501(c)3 organization Tax ID #47-3266577.    All proceeds from sales in this store go to support our mission:  to strengthen, honor and encourage marriages and families in the fire service.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any kind of refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at clientcare@firefighterwife.com and send your item to: PO Box 376 Lewis Center US 43035.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
