How long does shipping take?
We do not keep a fully stocked warehouse so that we can offer you the exact size, color and style of any of our designs. So we are producing your items after you place the order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. This allows us to offer a lot of variety while keeping overhead low.
ShineOn Jewelry orders: Some pendants are hand made for each individual order. Hand crafting can take up to 6 weeks before your pendant is ready to ship. Time may be longer during high volume holidays. Bangles and Pandora-Style sliders ship in 2 weeks!
What is your Return Policy?
Because our items are custom ordered based on your needs, we do not offer returns for sizing as we do not keep stock and would not resell it. Please read the size charts carefully. If an item is defective, just let us know by email and we will always make it right. (scroll down to see our full returns policy)

This store is operated by 24-7 COMMITMENT, a federally approved 501(c)3 organization Tax ID #47-3266577. All proceeds from sales in this store go to support our mission: to strengthen, honor and encourage marriages and families in the fire service.

Returns Are Only for Defective Items
We are unable to accept returns for any reason except manufacturer defects. All of our products are produced individually to your specific order and cannot be resold. So there are NO RETURNS FOR SIZING ISSUES.
If there is a defect, please send a photo and email within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And you must obtain permission from us by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that not all items are available for return as there are limited quantities available.
To complete your return for a defective item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (applicable only for defects)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Refunds of Defective Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
